Wiki text is so simple we don't imagine any trouble getting it into book form. Still better start now so there are no surprises. github 
We anticipate more tools and that they could well take parameters on the url when they are invoked. For that reason we will establish the habit of calling up these tools with external links instead of just clicking the file in the assets folder.
